Griffiss (KRME) Airfield

I would like to add a missing FAA tower at this airfield and perhaps make some other minor additions. Where do I start?Griffiss AFB was a SAC Base until 1995 and now has been re-activated as the Oneida County airport in Jan 2007.Douglas
