Recording flights in video

Does anybody knows about any utility that allows me to record my flights in any video format?

Your only option is if you have a video out connector on the back of your accelerator card, to connect it to your VCR's video in. Record to video tape. If you have a capture card, capture the video from tape and save to an mpeg.Pete
