Lining up with the runway:Take the runway's number (i.e. 36) and line it up with the heading indicator (the circle with the plane in the middle, numbers and letters, and some orange markers) (keep in mind that 36=North, 9=East, 18=South, and 27=West). If the runway is slewed to the left, turn left. If the runway is slewed to the right, turn right. If the runway is centered, maintain your heading and level your wings.Joysticks, IMO, are better than keyboards because they feel more realistic (though yokes are even more real) and it is easier to control the plane.
