Updating navaid data

I have been searching the web about current navaid data in the real world and for the sim world. DAFIFF is closed. Navdata is now payware.My primary concern is lo en route fixes. How might the sim world update the data? Graham Mitchell, http://freespace.virgin.net/gb.mitch/, does provide navdat airac for us. I would like to know where else such data might be found ad contribute to Mitchell's project and keeping up to date data available.
