Need Help With Fictional Airport

Featured Replies

I'm working on my second fictional airport and I need some help adding some lights to the airport on/around the terminal building. I started designing the airport in FSX Planner, placed some buildings with Whisplacer 0.9, then merged these into one .xml and added some finishing touches with ADE. What I am wanting to do is place some light poles around my airport that light up the ground (i've tried looking, but I get confused early on). Also, is anyone willing create approaches for this airport? It is on the Isla Guadalupe, Mexico. It is just one barren Island with no airports close by (don't think any airspace either). If someone wanted to they could add whatever type of navigation aids they want; wherever they want (I've tried, but haven't had any luck with my previous airports). Here are a few pictures of what I have so far:http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/189599.jpghttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/189601.jpgThis has been kind of a test airport for me with taxiway layouts and AI traffic to find a way to smooth the traffic flow on large fictional airports (this is by no means a large airport though). I also tried to include open hangars where AI traffic or players can park out of sight to speed up frame rates while flying by the airport (I was surprised that it actually seems to help). Anyways, let me know what you guys think. I'm hoping that this one will work well enough that I can release it, but until I take care of the approaches and lighting I think I'm going to hold off on that.
