Vibrating gizmo

Some time ago somebody posted news of a little thingy that keen gamers can strap to their back to get sensory gaming feedback but old fogeys like me would probably stick under their chair. Anybody know what I'm talking about, because now I can't find this anywhere? Or is there another cheap alternative, rather than placing one's posterior on a $9 million subwoofer? All ideas welcomed ... I've been very disappointed with force feedback sticks and "rumblebotty" sounds much more fun.Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumonthttp://www.swiremariners.com/cxkaitakv3.jpg

Good Morning, I too have been waitng on info about such a device. This is what I have found out. There is a backpack device called the aura interactor, it is suppossed to work with pc's, some video games, tv's and stereo's.I ordered one for $20 usd and $10 usd shipping, I could not resist that price , so I ordered one that should arrive any day now. Here is a review:http://www.fsplanet.com/reviews50.htmHere is where you can order:http://www.oshealtd.com/Now, there is another device that I have been waiting a year and half for. It is called a tactile feedback seatpad, version 2 usb has been awhile in the making. I contacted the creator and he said that he hopes to have it ready to ship this week. It may be lacking in its full capabilities at the git go, but it looks very promising too me.... It is a bit more expensive I believe around $275 usd, but I really want one.........Here's the site:http://ivibe.com/Have A Good Day !!!! Rex

RexYou da man. That jacket is exactly what I had seen somewhere way back. I'd be interested to know what you think of it on arrival .. would you be kind enough to email me at [email protected] in case this thread gets buried? The other one sounds a bit steep ... you could buy a very bassy subwoofer for that. But if you buy it, give me a report, please! Thanks for replying today.Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumonthttp://www.swiremariners.com/cxkaitakv2.jpg

I have two types of the interactor, the back pack type and the cushion type. The back pack actually gives better feedback but I prefer the cushion. If anyone wants to buy the backpack model (barely used) I would be willing to part with it. You don't have to wear it but can place it behind your back in your chair and it works fine.I'll let it go for $15 + $10 shipping. The only problem may be getting the $$$ to me. I may have to require a check or money order up front.Anyone interested please email me. First come, first serve.
