Merging low resolution with high resolution mesh

Dear All:Is there a way to merge a high resolution small area 5x5 KM mesh terrain with a low resolution big area (40x40KM) ?Can i create a small high resolution mesh terrain that just cover a 5x5 KM?Thanks.Alfredo Mendiola LoyolaLima Peru

Sure!Just create the high resoultion mesh and install in your scenery library. FS will use the higher resoulution automatically. However, you will probably have some cliffs to contend with when transitioning from the high resolution mesh to the lower resolution mesh at the boundries.If you have created the low res mesh too, you can merge the two using the tmfmerge utility that comes with the SDK. But if you don't have it, then the option in the above paragraph should work.Leland Steffensen
