I'm new at this too so if anybody out there wants to correct this please feel free.Briefly.All elevations have to be represented as 16 bit signed LSB integers.Take the 3 by 3 grid:1050 1051 10501050 1051 10511050 1050 1050 A little L shaped bump at 1050 meters in altitude.The file would be 18 bytes long and contain the following data.1A 04 1B 04 1A 04 1A 04 1B 04 1B 04 1A 04 1A 04 1A 04There is a setting that will allow MSB integers but I haven't tried it.I'll be happy to expand on this if you want.And hey, your english is a whole lot better than my porugese.
