May 13, 200224 yr I'd be interested to know how you move forward and back? I can only raise my eye point? Thanks!
May 13, 200224 yr I'm at work so I don't remember which is which, but you use shift+enter and ctrl+enter for one, and shift+backspace and ctrl+backspace for another. What about side to side?I see all of these screenshots on the Falcon50 and Bonanza where people have moved to the passenger seat, rear passenger seat, ceiling, whatever. - HOW???
May 13, 200224 yr When you're in the virtual cockpit --Shift + Enter/Backspace = up/downCtrl + Enter/Backspace = back/forwardCtrl + Shift + Enter/Backspace = right/leftAlso, if you don't like the default viewpoint, you can adjust it in the [views] section of the aircraft.cfg.

May 15, 200224 yr Steve, as noted in the other replies, in the virtual cockpit you have full freedom of movement. You can pan your view vertically and horizontally, and move your viewpoint in all six directions. Unfortunately the default key commands to do this are bizarre, require multiple fingers and thumbs and - at least with an addled brain like mine! - are virtually impossible to remember. To make movements in the VC very easy I have assigned the keys as follows: vertical and horizontal panning: the four arrow keys point of view movement: the edit key cluster as follows: forward, back: HOME and END left, right: DELETE and PAGE DOWN up, down: PAGE UP and INSERT These key commands are positioned logically, are easy to remember and only require a single finger. Now I can move around the virtual cockpit with impunity! Best regards, Chris
