A new build of Add A Gate is available but a couple bug fixes and two major enhancements :) It can be downloaded at my website http://www.buckeyediscus.com/fs2002/Enhancement #1Toolbar - Connect the dots (adding taxiway paths):[ol][li]Make taxiway paths by entering 'connect the dot' mode.[/li][li]Click the toolbar icon to begin this mode.[/li][li]While the toolbar button is depressed you can connect taxiway points to other taxiway points or to gates by clicking on the taxiway point you would like to connect then clicking on the point you would like to connect it to. (yes, it's that simple). These taxiway connections are given the name of "Gates" so make sure you bring up the point and edit the name.[/li][li]To exit connect the dot mode click the toolbar button again (and it will no longer be pushed in).[/li][/ol]Connect the dots (deleting taxiway paths):[ol][li]Delete taxiway paths by entering 'connect the dot' mode.[/li][li]Click the toolbar icon to begin this mode.[/li][li]While the toolbar button is deperessed you can remove taxiway point connections to other taxiway points or to gates by clicking on the taxiway point you would like to delete the connection for then clicking on the point at the opposite end of the connection (yes, it's that simple).[/li][li]To exit connect the dot mode click the toolbar button again (and it will no longer be pushed in).[/li][/ol]Enhancement #2FS2K2 only goes by the heading you have defined when first loaded. All AI aircraft are placed at the gate with the heading you have defined in the gate properties, however, after an aircraft has landed and taxied to the gate the aircraft will park with the exact heading it last took to get to the gate.To this end, Add A Gate now defines gate heading based upon what heading it would take to get to the gate if an aircraft took the path after the gate is connected to a taxiway point. This heading is automatically updated if you move the taxiway point it is connected to, move the gate, connect the gate to a taxiway point or change the taxiway point the gate is connected to. This heading can be manually edited if you desire, however, note that if manually edited the AI aircraft will only use the manually edited heading upon initialization.Should anyone have any questions or comments, please email them to me (or post on any of the boards). I hope you find Add A Gate getting more and more user friendly :)-j
