I gave a friend a cd with my aircraft folder, aircraft.txt, Airports.txt and flightplans.txt files. He decompiled, installed them, and recompiled.Now when we both go to the same airport, at the same time and date, we dont see the same aircraft. I realize that they may not be at the same gates, but if were using the same flight plan with the aircraft assigned, and both have the same aircraft, why would they be different?Any guess?ThanksPete

Any chance you've modified the Gates/Ramps at the airports and he hasn't? E.g. if you've added gates you'll see more aircraft. I just added a load of heavy gates to a local airport and suddenly I got another 6 747's where usually there are 3. (They're in the flightplans.txt, but there was nowhere to start from)Also check GMT/Timezone settings and ATC %CheersSimon

Hi Simon;Nope....were both using an unchanged airport,same GMT, and both live in the same time zone. ATC at 100 percent for both of us.Have to try a few more airports and see if there's a pattern.Thanks for thee reply.Pete
