Afcad/Ttools

Hi, This is my first post to this forum. After reading the instructions for TTools, this forum is very much needed. I know it will take time to learn and implement this program into flight simualtor. I have downloaded a couple of airport files that are already set. One being "KSEE" in El Cajon, Calif. My question is, and I do have plenty but for now I'll keep it short, must I be using an aircraft that is an AI aircraft? After installing this airport I expected to see a ton of activity when I arrived there but instead it was dead. As I said this is new stuff and it seems that once one gets the hang of it, it will be thrilling. Is there another "good" tutorial on how to use the "TTools"? Must a flight plan be generated first to start some action? Thanks for any responses, S.

Welcome to the 'AI world'! :)If there isn't already traffic at your added airport, then you have to create some new with TTools. You can use any aircraft but I would suggest starting with default planes first. There are some front end programs like 'yRoute' or 'AI Traffic' that will help you adding your own flightplans.ckfly

Hi, Thank you for the info about hacksaw website. I ran a copy of this off and it seems to be of great help. Thanks once again, S.
