AI Runway Path?

I have set-up some AI aircraft and ATC at an airport that had neither (3CK - Chicago/Lake In The Hills). The AI traffic stick to the taxi-ways and the parking/gates are ok, but they don't take-off on the runway. I looked at the airport using AFCAD v1.1 and the path the runway path is in the right place but the AI a/c still don't use it.
