I closed RWY 28R at KSFO, forcing takeoffs onto 28L, and landings onto 28R.Traffic appears to be routed accordingly, but incoming traffic (landings to 28R) appear to be landing short, into San Fran Bay.I've dramatically decreased my traffic, and added parking with AFCAD, but most seem to e hitting the "drink".Any experience with this one?

Sounds like an aircraft problem to me. You said this happens to "most" of the aircraft? What do the others do? If it's not an aircraft problem you should double-check your runway segments and make sure you haven't moved one into the bay. Did you change the length of 28R in the runway properties section? Start up AFCAD and FS and slew or taxi your aircraft to the end of the runway and then lock the map location in AFCAD. Are the scenery, and the AFCAD runway locations in the same place? If not you probably inadvertantly moved the runway while making the AFCAD file.
