would it be possbile to add taxiway names like "outer","inner" or "strip" and when you enter those exact names with AFCAd as a taxiway,the taxiway is referred to the corresponding identifier by ATC. ?

No - certainly not as it is now, and I doubt it is possible to expand EditVoicepack to handle it.
