AI Traffic Mover Question

In AI Traffic Mover if I uncheck an airline in the Shuffle function (ie:one of the default jets) does that remove all of that planes routes and keep it from showing up in MSFS? If not how would I get rid of the flight plans for the default 737? Thanks
