AITraffic ver 1.0

Hello again to all the helpful simmers out there....again I hope someone can help me with my next problem...anybody using AITraffic 1.0...which is a great program...anyway I have no problem editing existing flight plans and planes with this program except when I'm done editing and go to compile...before compiling the program asks if I want to save the current project..I say no because I don't know what to type to save it and what is the reason for saving the project..I know that may sound silly but I don't know....also does anybody know what to type "exactly" in the import box when you create a new flight plan from scratch?? I'm having difficulty with this....again.. I don't know what to type...I've tried to type a few things but I get a window that says "bad file" and the program closes....any suggestions and thanks again for any help....
