PAI for add-on airports

Featured Replies

Hello all!I have finally taken the plunge into adding AI traffic at the airports that I have upggraded scenery to (Simflyers NA, Airport2000 V.1,2,3 and various freeware add-ons) and have gotten as far as installing the autoinstallers off the PAI website. Where I am now stumped is what do I need to do to add AI to these add-on airports in terms of a "step-by-step" process so that I don't screw up what I already have in terms of the PAI.Help would certainly be appreciated!Cheers!Richard

Hi Richard,I have seen that your question remained unanswered so I will give it a try. I suppose what you need now are the appropriate AFCAD files in order to taxi, to land and to take off in the right way and not crossing buildings or departing and landing off the runways, etc.... Am I right? In that case you need Lee Swordy's AFCAD program (available in utility library at this site) With this program you can design the right taxiways, runways etc..., but with this program you can also directly import the existing appropriate AFCAD textfiles which are everywhere available. I have a few on my site or at least the information where you can find them.http://users.skynet.be/robflsim/indexen.htmlI hope this is the answer.CheersRobert
