Help! My PAI installer does not work anymore!

Featured Replies

Help! I am lost. :-eek My PAI installer worked just fine till now. Today I wanted to install some new PAI files but double clicking the PAI installer.exe till my finger hurts but nothing happens. I tried to use the old and latest version but nothing happens. First time clicking I get the 5 dll files but then nothing! Nada! What am I doing wrong?? I am running Windows 2000 Pro, DirectX 9a. Please help! :-) Thanks!

Hi, thanks for your help. But I am talking about just one installer: PAI installer.exe (version 1.19 or 1.19d). When clicking this file it expands 5 .dll files and at the same time it should bring up a window where you can browse for your favourite airline pai files. On my system it only expands the .dll files but does not show any window. It has worked though. Could this be a problem with DirectX9a? Before I had this installed the PAI installer worked just fine.On another computer (with DirectX8.1) I have it works fine too. So right now I am guessing...could it be a DirectX problem?

It is possible that it could be DX9, but I dont think so....it sounds like a bad installer file. But I am sure that you have already tried to download a fresh copy....so I really dont know. Perhaps posting a message at PAI forums might help:http://projectai.flight1.net/forums/forum_topics.asp?FID=5
