Use to have MSFS2k2 installed and had ttools installed...but I remember an editor that I had..I am not sure it was with ttools..but I can't find it in the File Library. It was a nice little editor that you could program FL, airports, etc. It had several tabs for airports, aircrafts, etc. Unfortunately it is not any of the editors in the file library either. Sounds like AITM, the AI Traffic Manager by Thomas Molitor.You can also edit your flightplans.txt file with Wordpad (included with Windows) or any other text editor.
