New "CollectAirports" utility for FS2004?

I notice the default traffic file only includes some 5000 airports worth of traffic. The last version of TTools came with a "CollectAirports.exe" utility that read all 23000 airports into the Airports.txt file. Unfortunately, that utility doesn't work with FS2004. I imagine the airport data extracted from FS2002 might work with FS2004, but I don't have FS2002 installed anymore. Is anyone aware of plans to update CollectAirports to work with FS2004?- Caphollandhttp://caphollands.fsgateway.com
