RE: AFCAD. My runways will not align !! HELP Please

I'm new to AFCAD. Ok, this is day 3, and the first time I have tried to add an airfields details. I have amended runways/parking on other airfields. I'm using fs2002 and have AFCAD and TT loaded. I'm sure this has been covered before, but can't find it on the forum so far. Here goes!I have British Airports Central England (as well as VFR photographic scenery) loaded and have tried to use AFCAD to add the runways etc for Saltby airfield. I used RAF Cottesmore as the seed file, save it and exported it into AFCAD. locked it and fs2002 together and then tried to insert a runway. Have followed Lee's instructions, but find the runway does not go in on the runway headings (07/25 in this case) I have put in, but more an off centre north/south, and I can find no way to swivel it around to align it with the runway in fs2002. No doubt I'm doing something stupid, but its got me beat. Can anyone help me please?
