Change to VFR. Also, the FP should look something like this: AC#1,10%,8HR,VFR,12:00,TNG13:00,027,R,0000,EGVN,16:00,(arrival time, or just use another comma),EGVA (assuming you're departing from EGVA I hope I got this right.
