AI traffic help..please

Hello everybody, Hopefully somebody will point me in the right direction.I've recently decompiled the traffic files supplied with the UK2000 scenery's. The reason for this was simple..GA flying at night ! Would anybody know of anything I can use to edit the times in the plans ?I had ages ago, a flight plan creator which you could enter the field to fly from, give it a distance to cover, but it would also tell your flights to be home before XX O'clock. It was similar in appearance to Mike Hollands, GA maker but had the additional benefits mentioned. Any body remember the name...please !
