Well it didn't do what I had hoped. I set it at 0, 9, and 3 with no apparent effect on the default scenery models at SFO. Not sure what it does, if anything. Rich had once said there were some lines in the ini that aren't used.

Thanks Dean,I saw your posting. I tried moving one of the buildings at LAX, and it keeps going back to its original position.I happen to be looking at the ini an noticed this entry and wondered what it does.
