Can't Install 230 Patch

I have been trying to install the 230 patch on a clean install of Fly2 with the full patch to 5.10 than I had installed PMDG's 777 and when I try to install I get into the setup and get this error message:General file transfer error,please check your target location and try again.Error number:2Filename:DDOCUME~1JEFFRE~1.JEFLOCALS~1TEMPWZSE3.TMP_setup.1I have tried everything to get this patch on so I can get the new 757 running,hope someone has a idea?
