January 18, 200323 yr Head on over to the following address for a tutorial...http://members.shaw.ca/fly2/The hardest part is finding maps without a copyright or that allow non-commercial copying/sharing. The official Navigation Maps for Canada I can only do for myself.http://members.shaw.ca/fly2/images/snoopyace.gifRob Westhouse, VE5VKSaskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada"Land of Living Skies"

January 18, 200323 yr The original version of Fly! came with a CD full of maps for the US. Did anyone ever figure out a way to use them in Fly!2?
January 19, 200323 yr I think they work if you just drop the old map .epd files into the Fly! II maps folder. If I am not mistaken, they take a bit of time to open however and are a bit quirky. I forget the specifics.Fly! II maps were scanned at a higher resolution and included some WAC charts and coverage for Alaska. I filled in some of the missing maps by coverting the old Fly! 1.0 maps. You will find them in the Fly! II Navigation library. I also have an image in that library illustrating what maps are contained in each map pack.http://members.shaw.ca/fly2/images/snoopyace.gifRob Westhouse, VE5VKSaskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada"Land of Living Skies"
