The skies are doing some weird things .I entered in Weather; Clear. In all layers , And it still looks like a dismal day. Are there suggustions ! Jeff Akins

Jeff:1) Did you by any chance set showDistantClouds=1 in your Fly.ini file (at the very top)? It should be 0. I remember that this used to cause a problem like what you're experiencing...2) If you fly in Fly!'s winter time at low latitudes (close to the poles) days are shorter and you never really see a blue day.Hope this helps.Alejandro AmigorenaCheshire, CTFly! I did change that line item, But changed it back I always write down what i change in case i forgot what i did!Jeff Akins

I just had this problem... uhm. I 'think' what I did was zap my render.ini back to the original, and all was well.I'm still yet to make a bit of sense of render tweaks. Every time I try it I get funky results, crashes, etc. (black sunrise is a prime example) *shrug* Fly! allowed you to assign textures 'including' AGP shared memory texture... Every time I try that in Fly!II... blah. Think I'll just stick with the "Fly! FAQ" 64MB GeForce example... :/
