Hi, I'm a relatively new flightsimmer and need help activating the magneto switch in the 172 with my mouse. All other switches are operable. Presently I have to use autostart to get going. The problem only occurs in the 172R in Fly2K. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried right clicking on the mag and holding it down to get to the start position?

On this same subject (kind of). I haven't been able to map a switch (ie on my throttle or yoke) to activate the Magneto on the 172- when assigned, the switch (or keyboard key, for that matter) doesn't do anything.Anyone else experience this? seems to happen on a few supposedly custom assignable functions in the 172.Best,Joel
