Two weeks ago I purchased PMDG's 757 200 for fly 2. To date despite an email one week ago to their support I have heard nothing back.I assume there is a file to download.Perhaps I have missed something in their web site which has been undergoing an update. I have posted this message here rather than on the PMDG forum to gather any background and experiences from those who have purchased this aircraft in the past. :-(

They have good support don't worry. I've used before 767 for Fly! and now 767 and 777. Are you sure you filled your email address in your order correctly?I purchased 757 3 weeks ago and their mail with the link for download arrived a minute after I confirmed my order.JJLobo
