January 17, 200422 yr Maybe I didn't read the text file correctly, what is this for? Do I simply places the attached files in their respective folders and my Skyhawks will have a moving map? If not how would one go about incorporating it into the Skyhawk, Pilatus (replacing the radar), etc.I've been flying the last few days and enjoying my new scenery for the Florida project and really like this moving map. I'll finish up the last 4 tiles in the next week and upload everything shortly thereafter. Does this moving map allow us to add to our existing aircraft or should we re-paint and add it to new ones? IF you guys do the Pilatus, I recommend my spongebob plane which included a base repaint of the plane with accurate metalwork, improved windows, etc.JamesHmmm... Tastes Like Chicken!
January 24, 200422 yr I have not used it yet, but a look at the files tells me that, if placed in the correct folders, these files should make the new gps appear. Be absolutely sure that these files go into the data, world, and art folders. sometimes, when you unzip files, they go into folders within folders. Let me know, and sometime this weekend I'll try it myself.tony

January 25, 200422 yr Ahh thank you! Now, who's going to be the first to put this thing in the Hawker and replace that useless weather radar?JamesHmmm... Tastes Like Chicken!
January 26, 200422 yr Hi James and all,Yes, basically the idea was to offer the possibility to implement this gauge in your preferred aircraft. We try to make it as simple as possible and I'm sure, to add this gauge in every cockpit is a piece of cake , eh, eh !... but I would suggest you reserve this gauge for VFR aircrafts, because we shall offer (very soon now) a better gauge for IFR ones ...... but don't tell this around here : it's a surprise.Cheers,Laurent (rotw)
