Steve,no problem, read your answer to Harald's advice, can also uninstall it for a while. Just mail me for the Beta, how we can do it. Have some time these days - obviously as I am posting 14:21 GMT.RegardsGeorg

Hi GeorgNo need to uninstall. I think for a 1st time user it takes about 15 min to change those 4 elevation points in Pauls scenery.Anyway a Beta-tester is needed if it really works this way.If yes, Steve can add my advice to his package.Harald

Hi Harald,thank you for the advice. You are right, it was very easy to follow your precise instructions. Thanks a lot for that! I hope, I did all the right way. As I don't have Steve's new Liverpool AP I sent him the file to test it. Now it is his turn! By the way, you are not forgotten. But I had not much time the last weeks and there are still many problems to solve. Anyway, now I have two weeks with some more sparetime and AFTERWARDS you'll get what I have.Please excuse the delay, even if you don't need it and only are curious, it is not my way to be unreliable! :-roller RegardsGeorg----------------------------------------------------------This is what I mailed Steve:Hi Steve,enclosed you'll find the flattened Liverpool area (Paul Brooks) from "north wales.pod".Inside the data-folder you find the D253172-folder, inside that the G11.TRNstructure:[data][D253172][G11.TRN]If you have (as we all have) set "SearchPodFirst = 0" in fly.ini then you only have to copy thedata-folder into the FLY2-folder if you want to test your Liverpool AP with the Brooks scenery.You may build a new pod later if all is correct.Attention:Be sure you do not have the corrected G11.TRN file for the FLY! default scenery in your data-folderyet (from Harald). If so, rename it first to ie. G11.TRN.Kraft.FLYDEF, so you have a backup. If youwant to change between the sceneries for testing purposes, rename the G11.TRN I send you toG11.TRN.Kraft.BROOKS. Then you copy the one you need from G11.TRN.Kraft.xxx to G11.TRN.Hope it will work, I only was Harald's tool, no own brainwork.RegardsGeorg

I would like to thank Harald and Georg for what I thought was a mamoth task, and never thought I would see the light of day. "Elevations" :-erks Just the thought of this made me sick. When you start to taxi in Fly2 and the taxiway goes over your head, its no fun. Harald you are a saint :-) Georg you are on the right hand of Harald :-lol Now we have a fix for Pauls scenery at Liverpool too.PS How are you Paul brookes???now I have a light shining on my long overdue RAF Wrexham, the elevations are so bad, the work Ken did for me on adding the runways for fly2, were ruined by the elevations,,,my dreams are back again. Know one has ever made a detailed model of this very interesting Airport...
