I am a long-time FLY enthusiast .. but need some help

The window that shows airports/navaids - the Vector Map - is "stuck" on one side of my monitor and I am unable to drag it to a new location or change it's size. Also if I change the zoom, the the position of the aircraft is not shown accurately on the map.Any suggestions? Prefer that you eMail me at [email protected] Thanks!
