I'm just getting started with panel designs.I cannot seem to successfully rebuild an aircraft pod and have the changes take effect.I'm running windows xp, so no DOS programs or graphics converters will work.First I loaded up File Manager in FLY!II (hold control while loading FLY!). The I select create response file for the pod and I selected the FLYHAWK and named the response file TESTHAWK.txtThen I selected completely extract a pod. I selected FLYHAWK and it seccessfull excracted. Next I went out of fly to alter the main panel bitmap, I simply wrote my name across it, Saved it. THen i started File manager again, and select make pod from response file. Then it made the pod. I put the pod in the aircraft folder. And NO result. What am I doing wrong now? What would you guys recommend for the pod to be rebuilt, am I doing the extraction, repod, correctly? Also, what is the best graphic format converter? I'm using both paint shop pro, and the FLY! graphics program (converter for FLY!). I seemed to have problems converting graphic formats as well. I converted from PBM => RAW and the raw file showed nothing but black and white squigles. Any help would be greatly appreciated..Thankx,CB

Did you try to remove the orginal FLYHAWK out of the aircraft directory? There are different ways of making a POD (which essentialy is a database with tables) and the mounting priority it will give to a POD.I have re-POD-ed almost all of my aircraft to include the changes and patches presented over time without any problems. Try to just change the aircraft name in the WORLD*.nfo file and see if it shows after making a new POD.Mannie

OK!!! :)I finally got a pod created with the appropriate changes taking affect. Now the only major problem I am having is doing graphic format conversions. I'm using the original FLY! Graphics 1.0 converter to RAW.. However, when I load the RAW file in Paintshop Pro, It askes the demensions and It ends up showing a Black and while with all kinds of lines.. The RAW that is displayed is not comprehendable. It should be the main panel for the FLYHAWK. There must be some problem with the conversion process or the way that i'm opening it in painshop pro. Any help would be appreciated.THanks,CB
