I've used Terrascene many times for Fly to do the Western coast of Michigan. Now Im trying to do the Detroit area. I've never used Shapefiles of Canada (Winsor) With DLG files of Michigan (Detroit). Do I just let Terrascene merge the two data sets, or would I have to edit the shapefiles at the Detroit river?Cas

Cas,There shouldn't be a problem, TerraScene will use all the data.What you may find, though, is that the 2 data sets are on a different spheroid. If so, this will be a problem.I suggest that you get Global Mapper so that you can view your data.The viewer is free, but of course it won't save anything.Colin
