Cross Forum Post re CFS1

I am new to this Combat Sim, ver 1, and posted this message to the proper forum but it seems very, very quiet. I know that many FS'ers also use the COmbat Sim so thought I'd try here for some advice. Hope I'm not out of order!Just got a copy of the first version and I want to run CFS1 without the CD always in the drive. I have already patched it for no CD. My question is what other things do I need to do to have it run fully from the hard drive, i. e. editing some cfg file, copy some CD directory over etc.If there is a site anywhere which has this info posted I'd appreciate the URL.Also, are there any updates to this program like happened with some versions of MSFSThanksbf
