I notice that the plugins stop at version 4. Does this mean that they will not work for 3d max version 5 or 6? If not, what are the options other than looking for an old copy of 3d max 3-4?

I cannot find it in version 6....I'm assuming that it would show up in the "export" option.tony

Hi Tony,Have a look if the plugin is loaded in your plugin manager you'll find this under the customize tab it should look like thishttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/81292.jpgIn the export menu click on "save as" and you'll see the S3D exporter tool when you scroll down.I have my doubts if it will work in 6 properly, but I can verivy it works in 5 allthough it gives some limitations on animations, anyway it's better when you make the models in 4!good luck and let us know when you get stuck.........take care,
