Gang - I hope someone can help.Yesterday I upgraded my GeForce2 Ti 440 to a Geforce4 MX420, because I had a bit of spare cash, but couldn't get as much card as I wanted. Now, FS2002 GMAX aircraft no longer display their reflections. I've experimented with the various designs on my HD, and it's true for all of them.Does anyone know what I've got to do to get the shininess back in my sim?CheersRobSystem spec: P3 866, Geforce 4 MX420, 512Mb PC133 RAM, Yamaha Soundcard, Windows XP Home.

Hi RobIts bad news Im afraid that card does not support reflections...run a search here for Geforce4 MX420 you will see there are a few comments about this.Try to swap it for a ti4200 if you can; Ive just paid #85 for a herc gf3 ti200, which is cheap but even I shoulave waited for the 4200sgood luckSun

RobIts not your fault, these new cards have very confusing nomenclatureis it coincidence to use 420mx vs 4200ti, probably not, and the problems are not publicised well at all. I would think where you bought it will understand and let you trade it..its worth a try at least m8cyaSun
