My anti-virus has just blocked the 'Win32.BugBear.a' virus,(its another e-mail type virus which sends out random messages froma spoof address), I'm hoping that the anti-virus blocked it BEFORE it got a chance to send itself onwards, so please take care and if you get an e-mail from me you're not expecting, please delete it straight away.
