Addition to Seattle models database: modelmip.tag

Featured Replies

I have just posted a small addition to the new Seattle modelmip.tag database. This corrects two small omissions from the original release, by providing access to a log used for marking runways and taxiways for bush strips, and fixing omission of textures for one other object. You should download this file and install it (instructions included) if you hope to use Chris Low's new Seattle upgrades when they become available, and if you ever plan to develop your own scenery or packages for the Seattle region. The two omissions were pointed out to me by Chris Low in a posting on AVSIM (thanks Chris) and John Lewis in an email (thanks John)! To both of you, many thanks for so quickly thinking through and testing the new database! If you don't have the new modelmip.tag (models database) for Seattle, I recommmend you download it for the following reasons:* to collect all 3rd party models together into one convenient package,* to ensure uniformity between users as models get changed or added,* to ensure all users can use the available scenery packages for Seattle, and* to assist developers in access to all available modelsYou need this update even if you have not installed the new expanded database, as it adds a new model.RobD.
