Hi Quentin,The big white bird flew into retirement today.She passed overhead Lulsgate (Bristol International Airport) at12.55 heading west to east before turning to land.The airport came to a virtual standstill as everyone went outside to watch, but unfortunately, she was too high for any good pictures,there was a better reception waiting at Filton though, with a Spitfire Mk19 'escort' :-)Here's a link to BBC Bristol 'Concorde' special, as you'll see the weather today was foul,thunderstorms,hail and gale force winds too,with the occasional bright spot in between the squalls.:-wavePetehttp://www.bbc.co.uk/bristol/content/conco...6/filton1.shtml
