New Scenery Area

This is mainly for Chris Low but if others wanna pick up the idea thats okChris,I saw you wanted to extend san fran but obtain the photo data is expensive.I have just been browzing the FS2002 scenery area and there are a number of photo areas eg spain or alaska ...list by size and they soon appear at 80Mb downloads!!! Most have elevation data too...Perhaps you should try a convert one of these areas with permission or maybe contact the authors to see if they have some good ideas on where to source data. They may be able to help out with San Fran but if not maybe you should think about one of these other area first.....I do believe Alaska has LOTs of trees :-)I don't have broadband yet (but will have an RF soln soon..BT are hopeless!) so I can't download these areas.Just some free form ideasRob
