elevation problems

You need agtim's geofilesviewer I think. Export classification, use paint package to recolour area of airport to yellow (colour index 4 I think), reimport, set altitude. There's a bit of a learning curve - you need the tile number (which you can get from FLED by clicking on the little co-ordinate info box bottom left), but agtim's program is easy to use.Or persuade agtim or Jon to do it for you! Is that a real airport? It looks close to Renton in Seattle.

This is a whole new ballgame! Download Geotiles viewer and read up on elevation. Search the 'net for 'fixing the Coupeville NOLF problem'. That download tells you how to set the elevation for an area. That said, it isn't simple. Tell me exactly which tile it is and I'll see if I can help.NOTE!! If you want to share this with anyone, you have to upload your geos file (~45Meg). Whether anyone else will be able to use it depends on which elevation they're using. Regards,Jon Point
