Today was my first try at flying a jet (I've always been partial to props). What a blast! :-smile12. If you want to see how it went, check out my pics on the screen shot forum [http://ftp.avsim.com/cgi-bin/dcforum/dcboard.cgi?az=show_thread&om=4550&forum=DCForumID47&archive=]. My question is this - I took my training flights in an Embraer ERJ-145, and I really enjoyed this plane. Is there a payware version of this plane (or similar small jet) that comes with VC and other goodies that is worth getting? I really stunk my first few flights, but now I think I'm getting the hang of it, and I want to explore. As an aside, could someone please tell me how to attach URL links without having the <> show. I've seen a couple of posts where there was a single word for the hypertext link. How do you do that?

I'm not aware of any ERJ-sized planes with a virtual cockpit, but on either side of it would be the Falcon 50 and Nathan Tenney's b717.

I do like the Falcon 50, was just hoping to step up to something heavier ;)

David,Welcome to the dark side. :-) I recommend you try CSI's 717 and MD-11 at www.avsim.com/csi. They don't have virtual cockpits, but they're real fun to fly, and if you send me an email, I might have something for you to use with them.Bill

You mean the link Here type stuff?Reply with quote and you'll see how it is done.Ray

Hi Ray,Thanks for the tip. I actually just figured this out the other day while developing my rather simple (and I'll admit somewhat boring) banner. But thanks for your help. I had forgotten about this post and almost didn't recognize it :-lol.
