C421 texture file download problem

I have d/loaded the Island Charters 1 texture file for the C421 several times but on each occasion I get the error message that the zip file does not appear to be a valid one and it therefore does not open. If the file was corrupt I would expect something like a CRC error message. I'm not having any trouble with other zip files from Ron Hamilton.Is anyone having a similar problem?David
