July 4, 200223 yr Another reason why "Mr. Bill" (not Gates "our" Bill) is necessary, was wondering what the esteemed experts in RW aviation thought about this accident (Doug? Scott?) and the fingers (oh I know never to take what the media says as gospel, esp. at the beginning of an investigation) being pointed at Swiss ATC. At first the Russian pilot was blamed for not descending when told, then the TCAS was blamed and now it seems a device used by ATC to warn of possible colliosions was turned off for maintenance.
