December 4, 200223 yr When I try to run RCWavUtil.exe in Microsoft Windows 2000 I get the following errrorComponent "RICHTX32.OCX" or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid. What do I need to do to fix this.ThanksDennis
December 4, 200223 yr Dennis,Did it install without error? It should place files into the winsystem directory, but I don't remember if Win2K allows that.
December 4, 200223 yr ScottI did a full install on a remote computer using WideFSv520 with no errors. I also did a complete demo flight last night without any hiccups. I have had no problems except this. I figured it was a problem with a system library file not being install correctly. I have no firewall or special permissions installed on the system either. Probably more of a big deal to you than it is to me.What files should be in the win/system directory? Ill look for these.ThanksDennis
December 4, 200223 yr Dennis,I don't recall off hand, but if you go to the Flight Deck RCv3 page, you can DL the recording util setup and it should install everything you need.See if that works any better. The scripts are also updated. You should unzip into the folder it has so yu don't overwrite the ones in RC.
