I have made my own pilot voice files. I have sound forge 6.0When reading the docs on how to make your own voice files. It statedyou could batch prosses cutting out the dead air in the sound files.I have looked in the SF doc's but could not locate how. I just got sound forge the other day and I am still new at it.Could someone help me that has SF?Eddie

Eddie,Tools/Batch converter, Options/Conversion Settings. Put in Auto Trim/Crop with the level you found will be best (you need to test on a few selected samples first). You will still need to pretty much hand-edit some files, but with the Auto Trim/Crop, it saves a lot of time.
