Set Priority for RCV3 in Win 98

Bruce i downloaded the program PrcView and was installing, everything was going ok until I got to Launch Radar contact properties. I changed Target to read "C:program filesrcv30Start RCV3.bat Start In Typed in "CProgram Filesrcv30" Clicked on OK I got the following. The folder CProgram Filesrcv30 specified in the start box is not valid make sure the folder exists and that the path is correct. The RCV30 folder in in that path, can you see what is wrong,or that I done something wrong up to this point. thanks a lot Rocky

Rocky,Make sure you use quotes ("") around any path that has a space. So the target should actually be "CProgram Filesrcv30" as you have it above. Also make sure you have quotes around the target name.

Also,The steps provided are for a "generic" installation. If you placed your Radar Contact folder someplace other than the Program Files folder, you will have to make adjustments to the instructions as applicable.Bruce

Rocky,If you are still having trouble getting the target phrase correct just skip it.Instead open Windows Explorer and navigate to your RCv30 folder. Scroll down until you find the file Start-RCv3.bat (or whatever name you gave it). Highlight it and press and hold your right mouse button down and drag it to your desktop. Release the right mouse button and a menu will drop down. Choose create shortcut here. Use this shortcut to start Radar Contact instead of what is on your Start menu.
