June 12, 200223 yr Hi :), I'm having a problem with the flight-planner in FS2002. It used to work ok..but I've added scenery from different sources to the addon scenery directory in FS2002 and also the database scenery section in FS2002 itself. I dont know if it has anything to do with that or if I screwed up the priority of the layers. I try to make a flight plan,then save it..but when it loads it goes back to the default airport at startup and there is no flight plan created. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. June 13, 200223 yr Thanks Phil :)..I mean with setting up the flight plan..everything loads ok..but after I create a flight plan and save it..it goes back to the default airport and no flight plan is indicated with atc Thanks for any help, Yoram
June 13, 200223 yr Hi Yoram,Yes I have found the same problem. I have recently purchased some extra scenery for 2002(pro), for the UK, Gary Summons Parts 1,2,3, and 4. It is excellent stuff but I have found, like you, that when I select a departure point from the selection screens by useing the "Search Add on Scenery" button and then attempt to select a flight plan it defaults back to the main screen for me to select a departure point from the default Airports/Airfields.I hope someone may help as I have been tracking this post for a day or so looking for an answer.I should add to anyone who may read this that 2002 (pro) plus the add on scenery works well and the scenery was purchased on CD Roms with auto exc so the scenery has been added to the correct flies. It is just the inability to plan a route with the flight planner function that is the problem.RegardsPeter.
